Due to the perishable nature of our food products, Killiney Kopitiam generally does not accept returns once items have been delivered. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a resolution.

If there is any damage or a discrepancy, take clear photographs of the product, the packaging, and the delivery note as evidence.
